Lowell Amos is a seasoned professional consultant who has worked with global clients in more than seventeen countries. He has consulted with the largest corporations in the world in a variety of industries, including banking, retail, distribution, and health care. His early career began in consulting and sales at IBM. He has been an equity partner in several start-up companies as well as the founder and CEO of a niche consulting firm.
Mr. Amos is a graduate of Purdue University and Ball State University and he holds advanced degrees in engineering and business administration. Mr. Amos specializes in service management, global business services, and digital transformations. He holds dozens of certifications in the Information Technology Infrastructure Library, program management, Six Sigma, Agile methodology, and design thinking. He currently leads the solution architecture team for the Americas at ServiceNow, Inc.
